You never do get tired of the different kinds of AbsoluteFIT workouts.
Today we’re going to talk about style. No, not what you wear to work out — although it’s funny how often a bunch of people will show up to a session wearing the same color, as if there was a group resolution to wear purple on Tuesday, lol!
I mean the instructional style. It’s one of the things I love most about the program, and the one most often mentioned by my AbsoluteFIT friends: the variety in the workouts, thanks to the trainers who lead them.
Each one is their own thing, even in just the morning sessions I’m usually in — from Marcy’s high-energy mood-boosting/calorie-burning blasts, to Ashley’s spare, edited, collection of form-conscious moves, to Marie’s sisterly butt-kickings and Jackie’s next-level bootcamp, not to mention the varying tone and focus of all the awesome Pilates and yoga instructors and the trainers who work the rest of the schedule! You’re always going to get something new and different.
For instance, in all the years I’ve been doing AbsoluteFIT, this is the first time I’ve done this exact move — and look, you can actually see what muscles it’s supposed to be working!
