Need motivation? Just look Tabitha’s way!
Pretty much everyone in the AbsoluteFIT studio holds Tabitha in a certain amount of awe: She’s not only strong, fit, and a joy to be around, but also the mother of three young children (AVAC childcare FTW!), with a fourth on the way! With trainer support, she’s made some adaptations to the moves as her pregnancy progresses, but she could still probably kick anyone else’s butt.
Let’s hear her thoughts on the program, in her own words:
Q: Why did you decide to try AbsoluteFIT?
A: I decided to try AbsoluteFIT because I had been doing Dailey Method (a barre class) for five years and I needed a change. I wanted something more cardio based.
Q: How long have you been doing AbsoluteFIT, and about how often do you attend sessions?
A: I have been doing AbsoluteFIT since around August 2018 (I think), and I attend 2-3 times a week.
Q: What are some of your favorite things about AbsoluteFIT?
A: I like the variety of workouts, the small classes, the HIIT format with high intensity and then a small break. It isn’t boring working out with AbsoluteFIT!
Q: What are your favorite and least favorite moves we do in the workouts?
A: Pretty much love everything! I love working out. It resets my mind and my mood and helps me be a better mom. I simply love the variety of it all.
Thanks, Tabitha! And, readers, as always: Let me know if you’d like to be profiled, or want to suggest someone else — we’re all AbsoluteFIT friends!
