Welcome, One and All! 

Whether it’s a new resolution, picking up where you left off, or just keepin’ on keepin’ on — welcome to the studio!

It’s a new year, y’all, and you know what that means? It’s time to get cracking on those fitness goals — because no matter where you are on your fitness journey, you’re welcome at AbsoluteFIT. 

If you’re just starting out, or starting over, and you picked this as a good time to get going, you’re among friends here; there are a lot of new faces in the studio these days (so you won’t feel like the only new kid in school), and plenty of veterans to help show you the ropes. Try the different kinds of AbsoluteFIT sessions, get a feel for each trainer’s style, and make yourself at home — you’ll find out how much fun getting fit can be. 

Although, I warn you, sometimes what we do here is … not exactly dignified-looking, lol! 

If you’re already in the world of AbsoluteFIT, high-five! Let’s hit the studio to keep making progress on our fitness goals.

Lydia Markoff is an Almaden-area writer, mom, and fitness enthusiast whose AbsoluteFIT journey has resulted in major strength gains, nutrition education, approximately 25 fewer pounds on the scale, and dozens of new workout friends. She can be found in the AbsoluteFIT studio three to five times a week — it’s basically her second living room, at this point, but with fewer Legos, Harry Potter wands, and Wimpy Kid books.
