Fitness is a journey the whole family can take together!
You know what’s a good attribute for AbsoluteFIT? Being a good sport — and today’s AbsoluteFIT friend is one of the best. Steven is a super-consistent regular in the studio, often with his wife, Doris; it’s a rare morning workout that doesn’t have one or both of them among the group (with an assist by AVAC’s awesome childcare room, just down a flight of stairs).
I asked Steven about his experience, and here’s what he had to say:
Why do you do AbsoluteFIT?
To lose weight, gain strength, and to be more in-shape, with better definition. 🙂
How long have you been doing AbsoluteFIT, and about how often do you attend sessions?
Since March 2018, I’ve been taking at least one class per day, 6 days a week. (Holy crap … Doris makes me do it…)
What are some of your favorite things about AbsoluteFIT?
The personal attention, the trainers and classmates, the variety and consistency of the workouts, and the results.
What are your favorite and least favorite moves we do in the workouts?
I love when we stretch at the end of class. 😉 I hate burpees, but I do them anyway.
Anything else you’d like to add?
I’ve lost 15 pounds since starting, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance, too.
Thanks for playing, Steven! And, readers, if you’d like to be profiled, or think someone else should, let me know — we’re all among friends in AbsoluteFIT!

She can be found in the AbsoluteFIT studio three to five times a week — it’s basically her second living room, at this point, but with fewer Legos, Harry Potter wands, and Wimpy Kid books.
