Virtually all research agrees: Physical activity like AbsoluteFIT helps relieve stress and anxiety.
Are you stressed? Anxious? Yeah, same — and I don’t think I know anybody who isn’t, at least in the everyday way. And sometimes, working out can seem like one. more. thing. on that eternal, stress-causing to-do list.
But — supported by research that shows exercise helps relieve anxiety, depression and stress — I have come to think of AbsoluteFIT as my secret weapon in both the mental and physical realms.
Look: I can’t fix all the world’s (or even my own) problems by myself, today. But what I can do is smack ‘em down, at least temporarily, and return to dealing with life on a more even keel. Tell me you’d still feel powerless after doing this with a 20-lb. medicine ball:
It’s not magic, but it’s pretty darn close. Meet me in the studio, and we’ll kick anxiety’s behind!
