AbsoluteFIT Friends #4: Meet Bridgette!

She’s fun, she’s friendly, she’s arm goals for life!

If you go to the AbsoluteFIT studio in the mornings, you’re probably going to see Bridgette — she’s a regular, and her arms are the envy of the place after all the hard work she’s put in. I asked her some questions about her AbsoluteFIT experience:

1) Why did you decide to try AbsoluteFIT?
I joined back when Marie’s boot camp workout, which I already enjoyed, became part of the AbsoluteFIT program.

2) How long have you been doing AbsoluteFIT, and about how often do you attend sessions?
I work out 3-4 days a week, but usually do 6 workouts: Two days a week I double up with Merav’s Pilates session and another AbsoluteFIT session (e.g. Strength and Endurance, Core Cardio, Butts & Guts).

3) What are some of your favorite things about AbsoluteFIT?
I love the variety of workouts! The instructors are energetic and motivating, and I’ve made some great friendships while working out in the studio.

4) What are your favorite and least favorite moves we do in the workouts?
I love to do deadlifts because they really target the areas that need work. I hate to do burpees and split jumps. I always feel like such a loser when I do these exercises because they’re so hard! I know that means I need to do them more but I always dread them.

5) Any other comments you’d like to make?
One reason this program works for me is that I’m not really a self motivator, so I really like to have the instructors there to push me and hold me accountable.
