This is super serious fitness, my people — super, super serious!
Among the things I never realized that A) were fitness activities, and B) were something that I personally could do is this move, from the infinitely creative mind of trainer Jackie Vail:
I love this, and it’s one of the things AbsoluteFIT does best: Challenge you to do something you didn’t think you could. And then it turns out to be fun, while working your core muscles, arms, shoulders, back and balance!
Come and do something weird in the studio — nobody looks funny doing something if everyone else is doing it too!
