Sausage & Zucchini Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package chicken & apple sausage
- 4 large zucchinis
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- lemon pepper (to taste)
- juice from 1 large lemon
PREPARATION:
- Cut the sausage into small bite-sized pieces
- Use a mandoline slicer to cut zucchini and bell pepper into pasta-like pieces
- Throw all ingredients and seasoning on a baking pan
- Bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees
- Enjoy your low-carb feast ☺
