Motivation is sometimes a matter of just DOING THE THING.

It’s funny how sometimes a group of people will think of the same thing at the same time, and that’s what was going on in the studio the other day — the group thought was “I was going to bail on my AbsoluteFIT workout this week/ today/ yesterday but talked myself into it, and I’m so glad I did!

And honestly, that’s what it comes to, sometimes — talking yourself into it. The people who do AbsoluteFIT are not superhuman fitness warriors, nor do they just completely adore going to the gym every single time. They’re regular Janes and Joes who like the benefits they get from working out, and occasionally have to remind themselves of that in order to actually DO the work.

As one friend put it, “It’s not so much that I like exercising; it’s that I love having exercised.” To which I say: Whatever gets you into the studio, that’s reason enough for me!
