So about that re-commitment to honest tracking with the MyFitnessPal app …
After about five weeks of logging all my food, drink and exercise, I went to get measured again, and I’d lost an inch off my chest, an inch off my waist, and half an inch off my hips! I don’t remember changing a whole lot, in terms of what I ate — in other words, it wasn’t painful! — but being more conscious of it and not fudging the details did keep me on the right track.
I’ve come to understand the tracking app — or, really, any logging program that suits you — as an integral part of AbsoluteFIT, not just a side thing you can do or not do as long as you’re getting your workouts. And I don’t mean tracking as just a way to avoid overconsuming — more than that, it’s an easy way to make sure you’re getting balanced nutrition and fueling yourself properly for the life you live.
MyFitnessPal works, and it wants to help you achieve your AbsoluteFIT goals!
