Taking it OUTSIDE

Being at the gym day in and day out can get boring after a while, so I love to take my workouts outside to get a sweat on and get some vitamin D in! Go to your favorite local park and try this workout:

cung 6.3.15
5 rounds with a 0.25 mile run between each round:

  • 20 walking lunges
  • 20 air squats
  • 15 push ups
  • 15 4-count mountain climbers
  • 10 jumping squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 45 second plank hold
