This is such an easy recipe full of protein! Mix together a few ingredients, bake, and voila… you have a healthy gourmet dinner on your table in less than an hour!
- 1 package ground turkey
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- salt and pepper to taste (I used about 2 tablespoons of each)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 jar organic marinara sauce
Mix all the ingredients above in a mixing bowl. Make 1/4 cup balls using your hands. Place on a non-stick pan (I still spray it with a little coconut oil to keep from sticking). Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. You can eat them plain, or add marinara sauce as shown above. You can also throw it over pasta if you’d like. And that’s it, enjoy!
