Healthy Broccoli Salad

• 1 broccoli head
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 4 slices turkey bacon
• 1/4 red onion

In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 a cup of mayonnaise (I used dairy free) with 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, about a table spoon of honey, and a dash of salt and pepper.

• Wash and cut the broccoli into bite size pieces
• Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook until crispy
• Finely chop the red onion
• Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl
• Toss with your healthy homemade dressing
• Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
• Enjoy!
