This is a sure way to up anyone’s water intake and get the vitamins that they need from a natural source, as opposed to a synthetic one.

So, here is what you do – pick out your fruit and herb combination of choice, muddle them in the bottom of a 1 liter mason jar or pitcher, add water and let steep and chill, just like your favorite tea.
