Walnut Oatmeal Date Balls

Even though it has a strange name, these taste awesome and are easy to make! They only require 3 ingredients! Can be used to replace store bought health bars as a healthy snack. Makes about a dozen balls that are packed with healthy fat, protein and whole grains:


  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until everything is blended together and a thick batter forms
  2. Roll batter into balls and refrigerate until ready to eat
